Description: We are looking for a Sales Manager – Enterprises who can own and grow enterprise accounts end-to-end. This role is for someone who understands consultative selling, long sales cycles, and how to work with multiple stakeholders to close meaningful deals.

About the Role

  • Drive enterprise sales for CLUIX products across target industries
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Engage with CXOs, procurement teams, technical teams, and operations heads
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations
  • Work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth deployments
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Represent CLUIX at client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions

Skill(s) required

  • Proven track record of closing mid to large-ticket deals
  • Experience selling to enterprises, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial clients is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with travel and field engagement
  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a growing startup environment

Eligibility

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or enterprise product sales
