About the Role
- Define project scope, deliverables & goals with stakeholders
- Create & track implementation timelines
- Coordinate with on-ground team members
- Manage budgets and ensure proper documentation
- Share regular updates with HO & clients
- Represent CLUIX in local meetings and project reviews
- Monitor risks and ensure smooth execution

Eligibility
- Education: Science graduate
- Experience: 0–5 years (rural exposure preferred)
- Language: Comfortable with the regional/local language
- Joining: Within 1 week or as soon as possible
Employment Details
- Duration: Initially 1 year (extendable based on performance & project growth)
- Travel:
- Within the state for field implementation
- Quarterly visits to Delhi HO for reviews
- Work Days: 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)
